I can still recall the day that my mother, a single parent working two jobs, signed the papers to buy our first house in Southwest Portland. At the age of three, I adamantly remember demanding that the swing set in the backyard and box of Hot Wheels be included in the purchase price … from an early age I understood the value of negotiating!
I could not have been luckier to have been raised in a community like this ….. from playing little league games at historic Alpenrose Dairy in the spring, to reading books in Multnomah village during the summer and hiking the trails of Tryon Creek during the fall, to walking through the ZooLights in the winter, the Portland community is woven into the fabric of who I am.
After graduating from Wilson High School, I went on to attend Eastern Oregon University, where I earned a bachelors degree in Politics and Economics, with a minor in Business Administration. Over the last ten years, I have been coaching the Freshman and JV baseball teams during the spring and summer. Coaching has given me the opportunity to visit many parts of the greater metro area. Knowing our area combined with my knowledge in economics, makes me uniquely qualified in the current housing market.
I look forward to sharing that passion with you, in hopes that you will also make this a place that you can call home.
